Introduction: NRCME Trainers LLC is concerned about your privacy. We want you to understand what private information we collect about you, and how we use your private information. Note that some parts of the site may not function properly

At times, NRCME Trainers may review the information of multiple users to identify problems or to resolve disputes.

NRCME Trainers takes extensive measures to ensure the security of our systems via firewalls, user authentication, and SSL (Security Socket Layer) encryption technology. We make every reasonable effort to prevent the interception of transmitted information by anyone other than NRCME Trainers LLC

Technical and legal circumstances beyond our control prevent NRCME Trainers LLC from ensuring that your information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described herein. For example, among other things, we may be required by law, regulation or court order to disclose information to government representatives or third parties under certain circumstances. If NRCME trainers is requested by law enforcement officials or judicial authorities to provide information on individuals, NRCME trainers may, without your consent, provide such information. General Terms and Conditions

Accreditation: NRCME Trainers LLC. is not responsible for ensuring the sufficiency of credits for individual license renewal.

Access: Although NRCME Trainers LLC makes every effort to allow users access to the training program at all times, we do not guarantee that users will be able to access all of the features AND/OR all of the training program at one time. NRCME Trainers LLC has a right to change, update, suspend or discontinue training program in part or total at any time. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must immediately stop using the website.

Enrollment: Upon registering, you are responsible for selecting a username and password. You may not register under another person, choose a username that is offensive, a solicitation, or representative of another person. We are not responsible for transferring a username and once payment is processed a username may not be transferred to another individual. NRCE Trainers LLC has the sole right to revoke an enrollment at any time. In the event your enrollment is revoked due to defiance, you agree to not re-enroll under another username.

Waiver: The failure of NRCME Trainers to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Legal Agreement will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

Survival: The provisions of this Legal Agreement which by their nature would continue beyond termination or expiration of this Legal Agreement shall survive such termination or expiration
